30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Ship‑back required for all returns and exchanges.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (all cards/tags included).

Exchanges (U.S.)

Free U.S. exchanges within 30 days for a different color/variant of the same item, subject to availability.

Refunds

A flat $6 USD return/restocking fee per return (U.S. refunds) is deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to approved defective/incorrect items.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.

If a refund drops your order below our free‑shipping threshold, our actual shipping cost may be deducted.

Final‑sale items (clearly marked), gift cards, and free gifts.
